• 1 pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
• 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 1 lb. ground beef, cooked, drained King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 2 tsp. chili powder

1. Prepare Dinner as directed on package.
2. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
3. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
