Herbed Pizza Bread

  1. Combine butter, oil, bread crumbs, parsley, chives, basil, garlic, salt and pepper until well blended.
  2. Preheat oven to 375* --
  3. Spread 3-4 tbls herb mixture over crust.
  4. Bake 8-10 minutes or golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh grated parmesan cheese if desired.
  6. Makes about 1 cup of spread.
