Special Strawberry Tart

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Unfold pastry on lightly floured surface; roll into 14x10-inch rectangle.
  3. Place on baking sheet; brush edges with water.
  4. Fold over 1/2 inch around all sides; press edge firmly into bottom of pastry to secure.
  5. Pierce bottom in several places with fork.
  6. Bake 15 min.
  7. or until golden brown, breaking any large air bubbles with fork after 10 min.
  8. Remove to wire rack; cool completely.
  9. Transfer to serving tray.
  10. Beat cream cheese with mixer until creamy.
  11. Gradually beat in milk.
  12. Add dry pudding mix; mix well.
  13. Whisk in 1 cup COOL WHIP.
  14. Spread onto pastry; top with berries.
  15. Microwave chocolate and remaining COOL WHIP in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min.
  16. or until chocolate is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 1 min.
  17. Spoon into resealable plastic bag.
  18. Cut small corner off bottom of bag; drizzle chocolate over berries.
