Sausage and pepper scramble Recipe

• Italian sausage
• bell pepper
• red onion
• eggs
• pecorino cheese

1. Saute sliced Italian sausage until browned.
2. Add sliced bell pepper and red onion and cook until soft.
3. Stir in beaten eggs and cubed pecorino.
4. Serve with tortillas or toasted bread.
