Swiss Cheese Ham & Asparagus Bake
- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken or Turkey
- 3 cups cubed ham
- 12 fresh asparagus spears (about 1/2 lb), cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
- Add 1 cup hot water to stuffing mix in a medium bowl; stir just until moistened, let stand 5 minutes.
- Mix ham, asparagus, soup and milk in 8-inch square baking dish.
- Sprinkle with cheese; top with stuffing.
- Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through and golden brown.
