Nutty Pumpkin Spice Chipsters

  1. Preheat oven to 350F; line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
  2. Using a stand mixer at medium speed, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Scrape down the bowl and beat in the eggs, one at a time.
  4. Then mix in the vanilla and almond extracts.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and spices.
  6. Set the mixer speed to low, and gradually mix in the flour mixture until just incorporated.
  7. Then, fold in the chips, raisins and almonds.
  8. Scoop out dough into 1 to 1 1/2-in balls and set on prepared cookie sheet.
  9. Then use the back of a spoon to slightly flatten and shape the cookies.
  10. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes.
  11. When done, cool completely on a wire rack.
