Corn Dip
- 3 stalks Green Onion
- 1 can (4 Oz. Can) Green Chilies
- 30 ounces, weight Whole Kernel Corn
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup (Real) Mayonnaise
- 16 ounces, weight Taco Blend Cheese
- 8 ounces, weight Cheddar Cheese
- 1 package Frito Scoops
- 1.
- Chop the green onion, and drain the green chilies and whole kernel corn.
- Then blend with all of the remaining ingredients (well, except the Fritos).

- Chill overnight, and serve with Frito scoops (you might even grab a second bag, depending on your chip-to-dip ratio preference).

- I usually halve this recipe, unless Im bringing it to a large brunch.
