Rhubarb Robin
- 4 -5 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 18 12 ounces yellow cake mix
- 34 cup butter, sliced
- Cool Whip, for garnish
- Mash the first 4 ingredients together.
- Pat into the bottom of 13x9 pan.
- Sprinkle with the cake mix.
- Arrange butter slices over the top.
- DO NOT STIR.
- Bake at 350* for 50 minutes.
- Cool, dollop with Cool Whip before serving.
