Beefy Mushroom & Swiss Burger

  1. Glazed Mushrooms: Heat oil in saute pan.
  2. Add mushrooms; saute until golden brown.
  3. Stir in steak sauce; cook until sauce is reduced and mushrooms are evenly glazed.
  4. Keep warm.
  5. For each serving: Grill 1 beef patty to desired doneness.
  6. Top with 1 cheese slice; broil until melted.
  7. Fill 1 roll with cheeseburger, 1/4 cup (50 mL) Glazed Mushrooms and 2 Tbsp.
  8. (30 mL) steak sauce.
