Beef Bruschetta Skillet

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add meat; cook 2 to 3 min.
  3. or until evenly browned, stirring frequently.
  4. Remove meat from skillet; set aside.
  5. Add broth, tomatoes, garlic and basil to skillet; stir.
  6. Bring to boil.
  7. Stir in rice; return to boil.
  8. Stir in meat; top with cheese.
  9. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 5 to 10 min.
  10. or until heated through.
