Pork Chops with Spiced Rice and Apricots

  1. Brown pork chops in oil in frypan over medium-high heat.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Stir IN soup, apple juice, green onions, apricots, ginger and cinnamon.
  4. Bring to boil.
  5. Add rice.
  6. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally for 25-30 minutes or until pork is tender.
