Seafood Monica Recipe
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pound peeled shrimp, crabmeat or possibly crawfish tails
- 3 shallots, minced
- 2 or possibly 3 cartons whip cream
- 1 pound cooked pasta - shells or possibly angel hair
- Zataran seasoning to taste, or possibly Paul Prudhomme's seafood magic (1 tbsp.)
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- Salt to taste
- Saute/fry shallots in butter; add in seafood and seasonings and cook for about 5 min.
- Add in whipping cream; stir well and simmer for 3-5 min.
- Add in cooked pasta; toss and stir till pasta is hot throughout (approximately 2 min).
- Serve immediately.
