Hamburger Casserole
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (16 ounce) package tater tots
- 2 lbs ground beef or 2 lbs veggie crumbles
- 1 lb cheddar cheese
- Brown ground beef.
- Add cream of mushroom soup to ground beef.
- Spread on the bottom of a casserole dish.
- Cover with grated cheddar cheese.
- Cover cheese and ground beef with one layer of tater tots.
- Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before eating.
