Chicken fajitas

  1. Season chicken with chili powder
  2. Heat oil in pan, add chicken turning once, cook until done, remove chicken and slice
  3. Add more oil to pan if needed heat and add sliced onion and peppers, cook until tender
  4. Reduce heat to low add tub of knorr concentrated stock and lime, simmer until stock is melted
  5. Return chicken to pan, toss to coat, serve in warmed tortillas with cheddar cheese, sour cream, and cilantro
