Cornmeal Griddle Cakes

  1. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, sour cream, egg and egg whites.
  3. Stir in milk.
  4. Pour into dry ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
  5. Coat a nonstick griddle with cooking spray.
  6. Drop batter 2 tablespoons at a time onto griddle.
  7. Cook, turning once until golden on both sides, 3-4 minutes.
