Pretzel-Crusted Fish & Chips
- 2 lb. baking potatoes (about 6), peeled, cut into 1/2-inch-thick wedges Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Honey Mustard Dressing, divided
- 1 pkt. SHAKE N BAKE Crunchy Pretzel Flavor Seasoned Coating Mix
- 6 cod fillets (1-1/2 lb.)
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pickled jalapeno peppers
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Toss potatoes with 1/4 cup dressing; spread onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 27 min.
- Meanwhile, empty coating mix into pie plate.
- Brush both sides of fish fillets with remaining dressing.
- Dip, 1 at a time, in coating mix, turning to coat both sides of each fillet.
- Place in single layer on separate baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Add fish to oven with potatoes.
- Bake 10 to 13 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork and potatoes are tender.
- Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.
- Serve fish with potatoes and mayo mixture.
