Cauliflower Pickles
- 1 bunch Cauliflower
- 150 ml Grain vinegar
- 3 to 4 tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Red chili pepper
- Cut the cauliflower apart into small clusters and boil lightly.
- Remove the seeds from the red chili peppers and slice.
- Put the ingredients of into a plastic freezer bag and mix well.
- Add the cauliflower of Step1 and press the air out, close tightly and leave it.
- Enjoy after an 1 hour.
