Good Spaghetti Sauce Recipe

  2. Chop the onions and vegetables into chunky pieces.

  4. Chop the garlic finely or use a garlic crusher.

  6. Heat a small amount of oil in a large wok or pan and then add the onions and garlic.
  7. Fry for a few minutes until slightly browned.

  9. Add the vegetables and fry for a few minutes; keep stirring.

  11. Add cans of tomatoes and make sure the heat is fairly high.

  13. Add a tablespoon of molasses / sugar.

  15. Stir and slowly crush the tomatoes and vegetables until it starts to produce a lumpy sauce (should be about 10 minutes).

  17. Add a small amount of salt or soy sauce (to taste) then add lots of basil.
  18. 9.
  19. Keep the whole thing simmering for another 10-15 minutes, keeping check, crushing the tomatoes and stirring the mixture.

  21. Serve over whatever type of pasta you wish.
