Good Spaghetti Sauce Recipe
- 4 cans Plum Tomatoes
- 1 whole Medium Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic (or To Taste)
- Handfuls Of Vegetables; Carrots, Broccoli, Green/red Peppers
- Dried Or Fresh Basil To Taste
- Salt Or Soy Sauce To Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Molasses Or Sugar

- Chop the onions and vegetables into chunky pieces.
- 2.
- Chop the garlic finely or use a garlic crusher.
- 3.
- Heat a small amount of oil in a large wok or pan and then add the onions and garlic.
- Fry for a few minutes until slightly browned.

- Add the vegetables and fry for a few minutes; keep stirring.
- 5.
- Add cans of tomatoes and make sure the heat is fairly high.
- 6.
- Add a tablespoon of molasses / sugar.
- 7.
- Stir and slowly crush the tomatoes and vegetables until it starts to produce a lumpy sauce (should be about 10 minutes).
- 8.
- Add a small amount of salt or soy sauce (to taste) then add lots of basil.
- 9.
- Keep the whole thing simmering for another 10-15 minutes, keeping check, crushing the tomatoes and stirring the mixture.
- 10.
- Serve over whatever type of pasta you wish.
