Chinese Mustard and Sesame Sauce

  1. Heat seeds in a small skillet over medium heat, stirring until very fragrant.
  2. Pour into a bowl.
  3. Whisk in mustard, oil and lime juice.
  4. Thin to desired consistency with hot water.
