Open Faced Meatball Parmesan Sammies

  1. Combine meatball ingredients; shape into 1-inch balls (golf ball size).
  2. Brown meatballs in a large skillet over medium heat; drain.
  3. Wipe skillet clean with a paper towel.
  4. Add tomato sauce.
  5. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, 5 minutes.
  6. Return meatballs to skillet; cover and cook, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink.
  7. Spoon over toast.
  8. Place cheese on top and broil for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
