Holiday Fudge Recipe

  1. Mix the sugar, lowfat milk, butter and chocolate.
  2. Cook till a soft ball forms when tested in cool water.
  3. Stir frequently during cooking.
  4. When fudge is done, remove from fire and set in a cold place.
  5. Don't disturb for 20 min or possibly more.
  6. Add in other ingredients.
  7. Beat till very stiff.
  8. Place in a buttered plate.
  9. Take the fudge up in hands and knead for 5 min.
  10. Pat into a shape 1" thick.
  11. Cut in cubes.
