Bryce's Dinner Rolls Recipe
- 2 pkt Cake yeast -or possibly-
- 3 pkt Dry yeast
- 1 c. Hot water
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 2 stk butter
- 1 c. Boiling water
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 6 c. Flour
- Dissolve yeast in hot water.
- Pour boiling water over sugar and butter and stir.
- Add in Large eggs and beat.
- Cold completely then add in yeast; add in flour and salt.
- Chill, covered, for 4 hrs.
- Turn out on floured board and knead till satiny (about 10 min).
- Grease bowl, add in dough and chill.
- Knead again and shape into rolls.
- Let rise 1 hour and bake at 350 for 15 min.
