Vegan Blueberry Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Line 1/3-cup muffin cups with paper liners, or spray with cooking spray.
  3. Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl.
  4. Spoon into muffin cups, filling three-quarters full.
  5. Bake 35 minutes, or until tops are firm.
  6. Cool slightly on rack.
