Jarlsberg Cheese Dip

  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust with salt.

  5. Refrigerate overnight or for at least several hours before serving.
  6. Serve with Jarlsberg crackers.
  7. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
