Round Steak Marinade Recipe

• 1/4 c. wine vinegar
• 2 tbsp. soy sauce
• 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
• 2 tbsp. catsup
• 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper

1. This would be sufficient to marinade 2 pounds of steak for at least 3 hrs, then broil for 5 min on each side or possibly your own taste.
