Hawaiian Haystacks II
- 4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cubed
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
- 4 cups Cooked Rice
- 1 cup Chow Mein Noodles
- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Diced Pineapple
- 1/2 cups Diced Green Onion
- 1/2 cups Shredded Coconut
- 1/2 cups Toasted Sliced Almonds
- 1 cup Diced Green Pepper
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- In medium skillet prepare sauce by sauteeing chicken in olive oil until cooked through.
- Add chicken broth and allow to simmer about 5 minutes.
- Add mushroom soup, parsley and basil.
- Transfer to small bowl and set aside.
- To serve: Into each of your serving bowls...
- Begin with rice, then sauce, and top with remaining ingredients to your individual tastes and enjoy!
