Beef and Sausage Meatballs
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, lean
- 1/2 pounds italian sausage
- 1 large eggs
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs dry
- 1/4 cups parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup italian parsley fresh
- 2 tablespoons onions minced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1 x salt and black pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients until well blended.
- Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls.
- Bake on rack in 350deg oven for 25 min.
- Let meatballs simmer in sauce until fully cooked (45min-1hr)
