Pork Chop Piquante Recipe
- 4 pork chops, 1 inch thick
- 1 teaspoon Adolphs instant meat marinade
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. molasses
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- Trim excess fat from chops.
- Pour marinade, ginger, dry mustard, soy sauce, molasses and water into a shallow pan and blend well.
- Place chops in marinade.
- Turn and pierce all surfaces with a fork.
- Marinate several hrs.
- Broil 6-8 inches from heat, 15-20 min, basting frequently with marinade.
