Pork Chop Piquante Recipe

  1. Trim excess fat from chops.
  2. Pour marinade, ginger, dry mustard, soy sauce, molasses and water into a shallow pan and blend well.
  3. Place chops in marinade.
  4. Turn and pierce all surfaces with a fork.
  5. Marinate several hrs.
  6. Broil 6-8 inches from heat, 15-20 min, basting frequently with marinade.
