Chewy Paleo Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and lightly oil parchment paper.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine maple syrup, almond butter, and coconut oil in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat.
  4. Once melted and combined, remove from heat and add vanilla and cinnamon, stirring to combine.
  5. Add remaining dry ingredients; stir until well coated.
  6. Spread onto prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake 2530 minutes, until desired crispiness is achieved.
  8. Store in an airtight container.
