Chewy Paleo Granola
- 1/4 cups Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cups Almond Butter
- 1/4 cups Coconut Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 cups Assorted Nuts, Chopped Or Pulsed In Food Processor
- 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- 1/2 cups Raisins
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and lightly oil parchment paper.
- Set aside.
- Combine maple syrup, almond butter, and coconut oil in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Once melted and combined, remove from heat and add vanilla and cinnamon, stirring to combine.
- Add remaining dry ingredients; stir until well coated.
- Spread onto prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 2530 minutes, until desired crispiness is achieved.
- Store in an airtight container.
