Easy and Authentic Okinawan Taco Rice
- 170 grams Mixed minced meat or minced beef
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Japanese-style Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 3 leaves Lettuce
- 1/2 Tomato
- 2 slice Easy melting cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Nutmeg
- Mince the onion and garlic.
- Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry until cooked.
- Stir in the minced meat and fry until browned.
- Sprinkle in the nutmeg and add the ingredients.
- Mix all together.
- Place a slice of cheese (without cutting it) over cooked rice.
- Microwave at 500 W for 30 seconds to melt the cheese.
- Top the melted cheese with the mixture from Step 2.
- Place the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a fried egg on top.
- Serve with ketchup to taste.
