Strawberries Dipped in Chocolate

• Parchment paper
• Chocolate
• Hot water
• Strawberries

1. Line a tray with parchment paper.
2. Melt chocolate in a bowl over a pan of hot but not boiling water.
3. Remove from the heat and dip strawberries into melted chocolate.
4. Transfer to the prepared tray to cool and set.
