French Hot Chocolate

  1. Combine the chocolates and milk in a large saucepan and bring just to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  2. Lower the heat and cook the mixture at a slow simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat and whisk thoroughly.
  4. Strain through a fine sieve.
  5. Ladle into 4 mugs and serve immediately.
