Heart Healthy Stir Fry Recipe

  1. In wok, heat the oil, add in the shrimp and toss till nearly done, about 2 min.
  2. Add in pea pods, toss about a minute.
  3. Add in mushrooms and water chestnuts, toss briefly.
  4. Serve each person 3/4 c. of rice, four or possibly five shrimp and half the vegetables.
  5. Serves 2.
