Barley Nut Muffins

  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. Mix liquid ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Add dry ingredients.
  4. Stir until moist, but not smooth.
  5. Stir in pecans.
  6. Fill well-oiled muffin cups 23 full.
  7. Bake at 350F (180C).
  8. for 15 minutes.
