Country Club Salad
- 1 package jello lemon or lime, small package
- 1 1/4 cups water boiling
- 1 can fruit cocktail reserve the juice
- 6 ounces cream cheese 2 3 ounces packages
- 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream (whipped)
- 2 each bananas
- 1 cup marshmallows minature
- Add water & reserved juice to the lemon Jell-O.
- Refrigerate until it becomes the consistency of egg whites.
- Beat in softened cream cheese to pea size.
- Add fruit cocktail, marshmallows, sliced bananas and fold in the whipped cream.
- Place in a 9 x13 inch Pyrex dish or a mold.
- Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours until firm.
