Country Chicken on a Biscuit
- 2 cups water
- 6 chicken bouillon cubes
- 10 ounces mixed vegetables, frozen in butter sauce
- 14 cup flour
- 12 cup water
- 14 teaspoon marjoram
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 18 teaspoon onion salt
- 18 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 dash turmeric
- In a large saucepan, combine 2 c water and bouillon, heat until bouillon dissolves.
- Remove frozen vegetables from pouch and add to broth and heat until thawed.
- Combine flour and the 1/2 cup water; stir intil smooth.
- Add to broth vegetable mixtue.
- Heat stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
- Serve with hot baking powder biscuits.
