Allegheny Breaded Ducks Recipe

  1. Roll bird pcs in seasoned flour, then dip into beaten egg, then dredge with seasoned crumbs.
  2. Brown completely in warm fat.
  3. Reduce heat and cook, uncovered, till done, turning carefully as needed.
  4. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
