Chocolate Cherry Cake
- 1 box (8 oz.) sugar-restricted chocolate cake mix
- 1 can tart sherries, in their own juice
- 3 tbsp. granulated sugar replacement
- Combine all ingredients and stir to completely blend.
- Pour into a well-greased 8 or 9-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes or until cake tests done.
