Homemade Banana Chips

  1. Slice bananas into about 1/4 inch slices.
  2. You can cut slices thinner than 1/4, but they will be firmer and harder.
  3. A thickness of 1/4 inches will create the perfect chewy crunch!
  4. Drizzle slices with lemon juice from the lemon.
  5. Lightly spray your dehydrator trays with a thin coating of coconut oil or natural oil spray.
  6. Lay banana pieces on the tray.
  7. Dehydrate at 135 F for 15 hours for softer banana chips or 18 hours for more firm chips.
  8. Store chips in an airtight container at room temperature.
