Homemade Banana Chips
- 3 whole Large Bananas, Peeled
- 1/2 whole Lemon
- Coconut Oil Or Natural Oil Spray, For Greasing
- Slice bananas into about 1/4 inch slices.
- You can cut slices thinner than 1/4, but they will be firmer and harder.
- A thickness of 1/4 inches will create the perfect chewy crunch!
- Drizzle slices with lemon juice from the lemon.
- Lightly spray your dehydrator trays with a thin coating of coconut oil or natural oil spray.
- Lay banana pieces on the tray.
- Dehydrate at 135 F for 15 hours for softer banana chips or 18 hours for more firm chips.
- Store chips in an airtight container at room temperature.
