Mini-Caprese Skewers
- 7 whole Cherry Or Grape Tomatoes, Halved
- 14 whole Basil Leaves
- 7 whole Mini Mozzarella Balls, Halved
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 pinch Fleur De Sel (or Any Coarse Salt)
- 1 pinch Freshly Ground Pepper
- Take a toothpick and skewer each with half a tomato, a basil leaf and half a mozzarella ball.
- Repeat and drizzle the entire dish with oil, balsamic vinegar and a good sprinkle each of salt and pepper.
