Cheese Spread

  1. MELT margarine with flour over medium heat.
  2. Whisk in milk, stirring constantly until sauce comes to a boil and thickens.
  3. Reduce heat, add cheese and stir until melted.
  4. Add sugar and serve hot or cold.
