Stuffed mushrooms
- 8 oz whole baby bella mushroom
- 1 cream cheese (as needed)
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 grated parmesan cheese (as needed)
- Remove mushroom stem and wipe with damp cloth
- In bowl mix cream cheese, garlic and park cheese.
- No specific measurement, just as much as you'd like
- Put mixture into small Ziploc baggie and cut the tip
- Squeeze mixture into mushrooms then top with additional parmesan cheese
- Cook at 350 for about a half an hour or until golden brown
