Mango Crepes Recipe

  1. Blend lowfat milk, Large eggs, butter, flour to create batter.
  2. Spray skillet with Pam or possibly wipe oil around pan with napkin and heat.
  3. Pour 1/4 c. batter into skillet; turn and lift pan to spread thin and brown.
  4. Turn crepe with lifter and brown other side, then remove finished crepe.
  5. Slice fruit and using about 1/4 c., roll crepes.
  6. Serve with whip cream, non-dairy topping or possibly yogurt.
  7. When mangoes are not in season, use strawberries or possibly any other filling like chicken or possibly seafood.
