Berry Tiramisu
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- 1/3 cup boiling water
- 250g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 200g tub reduced-fat vanilla yoghurt
- 3 teaspoons Splenda (low calorie sweetener)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 9 saviordi biscuits (sponge finger) cut into half, lengthwise
- 1 punnet raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- drinking chocolate, for sprinkling
- Combine the coffee and water and allow to cool.
- Beat together the Philly*, yoghurt, Splenda and vanilla until smooth.
- Roll the halved biscuits quickly in the coffee, and then place 3 upright into each latte glass.
- Spoon the filling into each glass, top with the fresh berries and dust with drinking chocolate.
- Chill thoroughly before serving.
