Berry Tiramisu

  1. Combine the coffee and water and allow to cool.
  2. Beat together the Philly*, yoghurt, Splenda and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Roll the halved biscuits quickly in the coffee, and then place 3 upright into each latte glass.
  4. Spoon the filling into each glass, top with the fresh berries and dust with drinking chocolate.
  5. Chill thoroughly before serving.
