Pudding Mousse

  1. Pour cold milk into large bowl.
  2. Add pudding mix.
  3. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping.
  5. Spoon into serving bowl or individual dessert dishes.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  7. Top with remaining whipped topping.
  8. Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves.
