Apricot Pineapple Salad Recipe

  1. Dissolve jello in 2 c. boiling water.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour into 9 x 13- inch pan and refrigeratetill hard.
  4. Topping:Place sugar and flour in saucepan.
  5. Blend in egg and apricot and pineapple juice.
  6. Cook till thick and add in butter.
  7. When cold mix in whipped cream and spread on gelatin.
  8. Sprinkle with grated cheese or possibly slivered almonds if you like.
