Chicken Crepes Recipe

  1. Heat butter in a saucepan, blend in flour, add in broth and salt.
  2. Cook, stirring constantly till thickened.
  3. Stir in mushrooms and cook 1 minute.
  4. Remove form heat.
  5. Mix egg yolk and cream and stir a small amount of the cream sauce into the egg yolk.
  6. Then stir the egg mix into the cream sauce.
  7. Cook over low heat 1 more minute.
  8. Stir in chicken.
  9. Fill the crepes with the chicken mix, place in a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese.
  10. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 min.
