Hudson Valley Distillers' Adirondack Applejack

• 4 ounces hvd adirondack Applejack
• 4 ounces apple cider
• 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
• 4 whole cloves
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 5 slices peeled gingerroot (1/8a )
• 1 dash vanilla
• 2 tablespoons caramel sauce

1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer, add caramel sauce after pouring.
2. Serve in an Irish coffee glass and garnish with cinnamon sticks.
