Marvelous Mustard Sauce Recipe
- 1/2 c. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. malt vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 sm. Large eggs
- Cream mustard and vinegar well.
- Let stand overnight.
- Beat Large eggs in a cooking pan, then add in sugar and mustard mix.
- Cook till thick over low heat.
- Stir constantly.
- Spreads easily and is excellent over ham, Canadian bacon and other meats.
