Easy-As-Pie No Bake Chocolate Torte

  1. Slice pound cake lengthwise into three layers and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together powdered sugar and cocoa.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat whipping cream until soft peaks form.
  5. Add sugar/cocoa mix a little at a time until stiff peaks form.
  6. Stir in extract.
  7. Frost between layers and stack on serving plate; then frost top and sides.
  8. Sprinkle with almonds if desired.
